About Dan Clanton...

Dan Clanton is principal of Dan Clanton & Associates, Inc. He has over 25 years of experience in "helping people work together". His employers have included companies who lead in their area, such as Levi Strauss & Company and Entergy Corporation. He has worked for state government, has been a high school teacher and college professor, and has assisted many organizations as an internal and external consultant. As a trainer, facilitator, mentor, advisor, consultant and friend, he has helped thousands of people work together.

Dan has led conferences, designed and conducted management training, facilitated labor negotiations, consulted to customer service groups, helped redesign organizations, led Total Quality training efforts for a large organization, and presented at numerous conferences and seminars. He has held many leadership positions in the American Society for Training and Development, and has been both the Arkansas Chapter President and Outstanding Member of the Year. In 2006, Dan received the Lifetime Achievement award from the Arkansas Chapter of ASTD.  He is also currently an active member of the Central Arkansas Human Resources Association.
